Kael (they/them) is a client services and membership coordinator at Management HQ, a management company that assists communities determined to thrive through the core values of compassion, openness, service, integrity, and growth.

Kael grew up in a small town in Wisconsin but has lived in Florida, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. Traveling via a study abroad program called Semester at Sea to immerse themselves in the cultures of 16 different countries during one semester. Their love for Japan stems from their childhood and they aim to cultivate wonderful relationships between Japan and Minnesota.
